Job description

A fast-growing company on a mission to build a second brain for supply chain and fulfillment operators in small and medium-sized e-commerce businesses is looking for a Lead Engineer. The engineer will be collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build an efficient and robust platform. The company’s proprietary technology enables businesses to monitor and evaluate systems in order to declutter and prioritize information that an operator will need to consume, as well as take action to mitigate various business risks. This is an exciting opportunity for developers to work on game-changing technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

Write resource-efficient, testable, and composable code
Break down complex front-end needs into simpler, modular components
Create front-end components that are data-driven and event-driven experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a daily basis

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
Extensive experience in Python and Ruby
Must have experience working with APIs
Nice to have experience working with GitHub and terminal
Familiarity with React, GraphQL, REST APIs
Prior experience creating API endpoints before and a solid understanding of what makes for good APIs
Experience working with SQL and Databases is a plus
Fluent in verbal and written English
