Job description

A rapidly-growing localized matching platform that uses a unique concept to help users match and meet with like-minded individuals is looking for a Full-Stack Mobile App Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling the application. The company is building a fine-tuned platform to help facilitate conversation and engagement with people within the user's vicinity. This will be a full-time role that requires some overlap with the PST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the product management team to complete the beta application and move from TestFlight to the App Store 
  • Architect, build, test, and release comprehensive consumer-facing features
  • Develop a long term vision for the product
  • Investigate and resolve front-end and back-end bug issues
  • Recognize user comments and analytics to improve the product

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack/mobile app developer
  • Prolific experience working with Node.js, React Native, and PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with Firebase and a strong UI Design experience is good to have
  • Great organizational and management skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
