Job description

Job responsibilities

  • Design and build highly performant applications for the iOS platform
  • Ensure quality, performance, and reliability of applications
  • Collaborate with the internal developer and designer teams to determine, design, and develop new features
  • Design and build highly performant applications for the iOS platform

  • Recognize the bottlenecks and resolve scalability issues
  • Ensure bug fixing before the final release
  • Organize, automate, and maintain code quality
  • Explore and implement new technologies to maximize app development productivity and efficacy
  • Publish new applications and update already published applications on App Store

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience as a software or iOS app developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Expertise in Swift and its ecosystems

  • Experience in Cocoa Touch and Objective-C

  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and code versioning tools
  • Good understanding of UI design and user-experience

Preferred skills

  • Understanding of C-based libraries
  • Good knowledge of push notifications, cloud messaging, and APIs
  • Understanding of the concepts of mobile development life cycle
