Job responsibilities

  • Identify user and system requirements for new web pages, applications, or mobile apps
  • Prioritize software development projects, set timelines, and assign tasks to team members
  • Create wireframes to decide on layout

  • Design and develop scalable, feature-rich responsive websites and mobile applications
  • Keep abreast with latest technologies and introduce development best practices to deliver high performant solutions
  • Deep dive into the technical aspects needed for the optimization of mobile applications

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of experience in application development (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Prior experience in web/mobile development, including asynchronous programming, patterns, threading, performance tuning, etc.

  • Proficient with mockup and UI prototyping tools
  • Fluency in English language for effective communication
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones
