Job description

A fast-emerging technology company developing a mobile digital identity platform is looking for a Full-stack Mobile Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for building high-quality products and mobile applications using best-in-class technologies. The company is recognized by the World Economic Forum, the Brookings Institute, and has raised up to $6 mn in funding. The role presents a full-time, long-term opportunity to collaborate and contribute to building the future of digital identity. It requires at least 4 hours of time overlap with EST.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with the product and design teams to build new and innovative application experiences for the mobile platform
Build reusable software components for interfacing with the backend platforms
Analyze and optimize the UI and infrastructure application code for quality, efficiency, and performance
Complete medium to large features independently with minimal guidance

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Experience building complex applications for the Android OS using Kotlin with the Android SDK and other frameworks
Proficiency with React, iOS, and Swift
Prior experience with mobile architecture
Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management
