Job description

The selected candidate will be partnering with software developers and engineers to ensure that a project follows a defined process and works as expected. Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement innovative cloud-based development tools and infrastructure
  • To support continuous integration and delivery processes, create and implement automation
  • Develop, implement, and manage reliable build/deployment procedures
  • Working with software engineers and developers to make sure that development follows defined protocols and runs as intended will help ensure system security and safety from cybersecurity concerns
  • knowledgeable with the tenets, assessments, and applications of Agile and DevOps
  • Assemble complex, corporate-level projects with top management that are vital to the company's overall strategic direction
  • New cloud service implementation and proof-of-concept development
  • Find problems with technology and produce updates and fixes
  • Developing projects and taking part in project management decision-making
  • Create tools that improve the customer experience and reduce the risk of errors
  • For internal back-end systems, create integration patterns
  • Examine the underlying reasons for production errors
  • Look into and take care of any technical issues
  • Create programs that automate visualization
  • Establish procedures for the upkeep and support of internal tools and services as well as system maintenance and troubleshooting

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • 5+ years of experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Puppet
  • Knowledge of Chef and Python is nice to have
  • Knowledge of Cloud Administration of at least one of the big cloud providers 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Process-oriented, excellent follow-through skills, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable adapting to changing business situations and priorities
  • Proficiency in English
