Job description

Job responsibilities

  • Develop a well-informed cloud strategy and oversee the transition.
  • Review and implement DevOps and Agile best practices.
  • Plan, design, deploy and manage various cloud-related solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud security.
  • Respond to technical concerns in a timely and competent manner.
  • Assist with infrastructure migration approaches, such as large application transfers to the cloud.
  • Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to satisfy the company's strategic needs by working on cloud migration, implementation, and optimization operations.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3+ years of experience in cloud computing, planning, implementing, and maintaining IT cloud solutions.
  • A positive approach and a strong commitment to producing quality work.

  • Familiarity with DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, CDN, and VPN networking tools.
  • Knowledge of AWS, including SQS (simple queuing), SNS (notifications), and RDS (Relational Database Service).
