Job description

A U.S.-based company that is providing the most comprehensive set of tools to help travel and service providers through its breakthrough luxury hospitality platform, is looking for a Full-Stack Front-End-Heavy Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance by creating and maintaining test automation processes. With the help of a private chef and the company's exclusive services, clients may transform their residence or holiday rental into the most luxurious dining area in town. Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of ML/prediction engines, analytics, and large data collection.
  • For easy and safe integrations, use OAuth and secure public API setup and publication
  • Utilize Google Cloud services to secure the platform and protect user data by implementing access control and security measures
  • Foster a culture of ongoing learning and growth by mentoring and leading the engineering team
  • Use PostgreSQL, Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL to manage the development, upkeep, and optimization of the back-end API stack on Google Cloud
  • Take charge of designing and implementing user interfaces on Vercel utilizing Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
  • Encourage the use of best practices in design and coding for solutions that are scalable and maintainable
  • Design and refactor SQL and data structures together with the team for maximum effectiveness
  • In order to encourage reusability and maintainability, oversee the creation and improvement of React/Web Components and CSS designs
  • Use problem-solving and reverse engineering techniques to locate and fix problems

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack or front-end developer
  • Prolific experience developing back-end applications with PostgreSQL, Node.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL
  • a strong understanding of Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS for front-end development
  • In-depth knowledge of SQL and data design, as well as refactoring and optimization experience
  • Strong grasp of React/Web Components/CSS design, restructuring, and composition
  • Must have a passion for clean code, test automation, and an eye for design
  • Knowledge of big data analytics, ML/prediction engines, and data collection is desirable
  • Prior experience creating and publishing secure public APIs using OAuth
  • Solid understanding of Google Cloud services, particularly those related to security and access control
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities with the capacity to motivate and lead a group
  • Good reverse engineering and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
