Job responsibilities

  • Develop highly efficient user interface components
  • Develop efficient solutions for systems, databases, UI, and web services

  • Work with product managers, data analysts, and developers to ensure database code and UI meets requirements

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of years experience in web app development in React.js (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Highly competent in relational databases and SQL queries, specifically PostgreSQL
  • Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Expertise in front-end web fundamentals and responsive web coding
  • Experience with database design and data modeling
  • Extensive knowledge of PostgreSQL database design principle, integrity checks, and query optimization
  • Hands-on experience of JavaScript libraries like Redux, Storybook, Jest, AJAX, etc.
  • Knowledge of RESTful services, back-end API design and development
