Full-Stack Engineer (Back-End-Heavy)

A fast-growing company that has developed a software product that increases efficiency in the daily tasks of users and facilitates compliance with national regulations, is looking for a Full-Stack (Back-End Heavy) Engineer. The engineer will work closely with the team responsible for the design and implementation of the back-end and front-end components of the architecture. The company has worked with several decades worth of experience and offers a system that integrates each of the sections that make up a municipality with in-depth knowledge of the applicable regulations. Candidates who are responsible, organized, eager to learn, and have some experience working directly with clients, are well-suited for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing and implementing the back-end and front-end components of the architecture
• Evolve new products
• Work closely on integrations with APIs of the external systems like the Ministry of Finance, Central Bank, National Registry, Digital Signature, etc.
• Maintain high performance and compatibility across platforms
• Be a full-fledged contributor and help cross-functional teams

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack developer
• Must have experience with Java and Go
• Must have knowledge of IntelliJ, VSCode, Oracle, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL databases
• Must be familiar with GitHub for code repositories and Docker to run the software
• Knowledge of Ubuntu Linux for the server operating system is required
• Must have experience with Amazon Web Services for infrastructure and Ansible for automation
• Familiarity with the Spanish language is a plus
• Great external and internal communication skills
