Job description

An emerging company building a screen capture and collaboration tool with a strong emphasis on privacy is looking for a Full-Stack, Front-End Developer. The selected candidate must be design-conscious and will be helping the existing team to create highly polished and delightful UX. The company's innovative tools help users share information quickly with colleagues or peers and offer a wide range of additional features. This will be a long-term, full-time position that requires some overlap with the PST time zone.

Job Responsibilities:

From concept to execution, lead the development of front-end design and visualization for all data products
Create a robust software architecture that is scalable to future products
Learn about the core mission and work with the team to create new product features.
Assist with back-end development as needed, including data management and optimization

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack or front-end developer
Must have knowledge of Angular, Node.js, Google Cloud, and API Integration (preferably Slack)
Must have a deep understanding of how the browser works and modern Web APIs (e.g., MutationObservers, etc.)
Experience building highly interactive user interfaces (e.g., drag/drop, mouse tracking, drawing, etc.) is required
Should be a DOM manipulation magician
Should have great interest in creating highly polished and delightful UX
Should enjoy being a generalist and are not tied down to a specific programming language.
Should be naturally curious and willing to take a step to learn new technologies
