Job description

The selected candidate will be responsible for improving the overall engineering processes to increase team effectiveness. The company leverages the power of advanced technology and rigorous underwriting to provide specialized small business funding options to business owners. Job Responsibilities:

  • Create new features, improve existing ones, and ensure that the software is scalable, stable, and secure
  • Use cutting-edge open source technologies to solve real-world problems
  • Write clean code and work actively with sprints and agile methodology 
  • Proactively contribute ideas and experiences by providing critical feedback and taking responsibility
  • Give users around the world a high-quality performance and a dependable user experience

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of experience working as a full-stack developer
  • Must have an expertise in Python, Flask, and REST/RESTful APIs
  • Experience in React, Docker, Redis, PostgreSQL, NGINX, GitHub, Bash, SQLAlchemy, and Socket.io is nice to have
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Fluent in conversational and written English
