Full-stack Back-end-heavy Engineer

A fast-growing company providing endless calling, automation, and texting services is looking for a Full-stack Back-end-heavy Engineer. The ideal candidate will be working with the engineering manager directly on both day-to-day maintenance and future development of next-gen products. The platform was established with the purpose of changing the way a Support Team/Sales Team works and achieves outcomes. The company has secured over $1mn in funding so far. This will be a full-time role that requires some time overlap with the CST/PST time zones.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fix bugs and troubleshoot issues across the stack 
• Write readable codes and implement back-end services
• Design and develop high-quality reusable code 
• Improve existing products and build innovative new ones

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years relevant experience as a full-stack or back-end engineer
• Demonstrable experience working with MySQL, Laravel, and PHP 
• Nice to have some knowledge of Vue.js and AWS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Great collaboration and documentation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
