Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is offering world-class premium teas, craft beer, cold brew, and other custom office kitchen services, is looking for a Full-Stack Back-End-Heavy Developer. The developer will be helping the team with Stripe integrations while also building new systems. The company is venturing into manufacturing snacks/gift boxes while improving their coffee delivery services. This is an exciting opportunity for developers who are eager to make their mark while developing innovative products. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Using modern back-end frameworks, create new features and manage the existing codebase
  • Work with the data and product teams to comprehend requirements and develop practical, effective solutions
  • Drive code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions while actively participating in the development
  • Mentor and train the younger engineers on appropriate coding practices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack or back-end developer
  • Demonstrable experience working with Ruby on Rails and API Integrations
  • Familiarity with Figma and Vue.js is desirable
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
