Job responsibilities
- Create, manage and launch customized CMS applications
- Implement SEO best practices for better ranking on SERP
- Build pop-ups and manage triggers as required

Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of software development experience (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
- Experience working with CMS technologies such as WordPress, Woocommerce, Magento, Opencart, Drupal, etc.
- Solid understanding of CMS themes and plug-ins
- Knowledge of technologies including, PHP, Java, C#, XML, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Strong grasp on English language for effective communication
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones
Preferred skills
- Expertise with both back-end and front-end development
- Proficiency with version control tools like Git or SVN
- Ability to optimize existing themes or build a customized one from scratch
- Experience in working with web analytics tools
