Job description
Job responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of software and web development including ideation, prototyping, design, production, suppose, and maintenance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and project stakeholders to build products, tools, and services from scratch and deliver high-quality software solutions
- Share your technical expertise to help the team make thoughtful and scalable design decisions and identify performance bottlenecks to troubleshoot quickly
- Participate in discussions and influence technology and architectural roadmap as well as development processes
- Assist in managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
- Proficient with multiple front-end and back-end programming languages, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Python, Golang, Ruby, PHP, Perl, etc.
- Well-versed with libraries & frameworks, like jQuery, React, Node.js, Vue.js, AngularJS, etc.
- Proficiency in working with UI and UX design, WordPress, Spark
- Sound knowledge of DBMS such as MySQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Hands-on experience in building CI/CD pipelines
- Working experience with Spring Security, OAuth2, SAML, SSO, Identity and Access Management
- Strong knowledge of code quality maintenance and performance analysis
- Well-versed with SQL database Design, RDBMS concepts, and Master data services
- Fluency in English for effortless collaboration
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a daily 4 hour overlap with US time zones
Preferred skills
- Understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns
- Knowledge of codebases and version control systems (Git)
- Familiar with Authentication, Security, XSD, and System Integration concepts
- Experience in agile software development methodologies
- Great Arithmetic reasoning, logical and analytical thinking skills
