Job description

A US-based company enabling businesses to develop intuitive and effective digital product design and development is looking for a Web Developer. The selected candidate will be working closely with an existing team of talented professionals on various client projects. Through powerful applications, websites, and digital solutions, the company assists businesses in establishing real connections with their consumers and employees. Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the complete delivery process by ideating, delivering, and supporting the product iteration 
  • Provide structure, support, and lead a growing engineering team
  • Assist product teams in learning about potential roadmap features, including implementation breakdowns and prototypes
  • Develop design systems, user interfaces, and navigation standards to be used across different apps in collaboration with the design team
  • Ensure that established standards are adequate for developer creativity, throughput, and consistency by working closely with engineering teams

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software developer
  • Prolific experience working in web development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be a team player but capable of working independently with minimal supervision
