Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Apache Kafka, Microservices, and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Address bug fixes and continuously improve application performance.
- Explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to optimize development efficiency.
- Ensure applications deliver the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of overall experience in the field.
- At least 1+ years of experience with Apache Kafka, 1+ years with Microservices, and 1+ years with Spring Boot.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining robust backend systems.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
