As a Web Backend Developer, your core responsibilities encompass the development and upkeep of robust backend systems, leveraging your proficiency in AWS, React, and Ruby on Rails. This role also involves meticulous debugging, testing, and troubleshooting across multiple applications. Collaborate closely with this team of skilled designers and engineers to craft user-friendly UIs that will undoubtedly enhance the efficiency, speed, and scalability of the applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain resilient backend systems using AWS, React, and Ruby on Rails.
  • Debug, test, and troubleshoot multiple applications for peak performance.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to create user-friendly UIs.
  • Conduct comprehensive code analysis and offer recommendations for improved code quality.
  • Stay current with industry trends, integrating innovative problem-solving strategies.
  • Contribute to the optimization of application efficiency, speed, and scalability.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in the tech industry.
  • At least 1+ year of experience working with AWS and React, and 1+ year of experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining robust backend systems.
  • Strong grasp of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
