Job description
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business requirements and design innovative systems
- Manages the architecture, design, and coding of the software solution
- Assist in building and deploying enterprise-level web-based applications and complex business processes
- Contribute to automated testing and continuous integration methods
- Maintain thorough documentation of both business requirements and technical specifications
- Contribute to building working prototypes early in the development life cycle and validating business requirements
- Participate in technical reviews of the project, identify potential problems and resolve them quickly
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of experience in commercial software development using .Net framework
- Experience in development with the Microsoft Stack
- Expertise in front-end UI development using Angular, NodeJS, React, etc.
- Hands-on programming experience with C#, ASP.Net, .NET Core, MVC
- Strong knowledge of relational databases like MySQL, MS SQL Server, Postgres, etc. and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, etc.
- Strong skills in integrating Gateway APIs and third-party libraries
- Experience with creating and publishing REST services
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git and SVN
- Exposure to the Microservices architecture
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zone
Preferred skills
- Effective skills in system architecture planning
- Working experience in Azure/AWS environment is preferred
- Ability to think logically and troubleshoot effectively
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
