Job responsibilities

  • Analyze user requirements and accordingly design and write new software programs
  • Produce high-quality code that complies with coding standards and technical design
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade systems to locate and fix issues and keep the system up-to-date
  • Integrate existing systems with other solutions to get increased productivity and data consistency

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience working as a software developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining quality software solutions and owning projects from end-to-end
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, frameworks, or libraries, such as Java, Python, Perl, React, Node, JavaScript, PHP, Vue, Golang, Ruby, among others

  • Participate in software development life cycle in order to build highly available, scalable, and secure systems
  • Stronghold over web technologies like HTML, CSS, UI/UX, React, Angular, among others
  • Strong grip over code versioning tools like Git
  • Fluent in English to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones
