Job responsibilities

  • Design, develop and deliver high-performant mobile applications for the Android platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Work with outside data sources and APIs
  • Conduct unit test to ensure usability, general reliability, robustness of the existing code
  • Participate in bug fixing and optimizing application performance and scalability
  • Explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
  • Brainstorm and solve complex problems and innovative solutions
  • Build scalable microservices to ingest data and then parse, transform and load into inverted index using Apache Solr
  • Collaborate with the team members to plan, develop, and execute new features and updates
  • Integrate search to other SQL/NoSQL data stores, queue and add across data center replication or other object stores

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of years experience in android development, microservices and cloud technologies (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Familiarity with microservices and cloud technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Solid understanding of SOLR, ElasticSearch, Data Structures
  • Profound experience with open source search APIs and SDKs
  • Ability to perform automation and tooling using Python or Java
  • Experience in Android SDK and Android Studio
  • Experience of writing automated unit test cases for Solr search engine
  • Good understanding of debugging tools and performance tuning to Linux
  • Expertise working with remote data via REST and JSON
  • Extensive working experience with third-party libraries and APIs
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
  • Fluency in English language for effective communication

We are developing a computer usage dataset to train intelligent systems that understand how users interact with software applications. As an LLM Trainer (Computer Usage Data Collection), you will record your screen while performing detailed, multi-step computer-based tasks — such as configuring applications, exploring tools, or completing productivity workflows.
Your recordings will be annotated and used to help train models that interpret and predict user workflows, enhancing the realism and usability of AI assistants.
