Job description

A fast-growing company focusing on creating global solutions across industry sectors supporting B2B and B2C business models is looking for a Senior JavaScript Developer. The developer will collaborate with the UI/UX design team to bridge the gap between graphic design and technical implementation while playing an active role in defining how the application looks and works. Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new front-end applications for various platforms
  • Develop specifications and designs for complex applications or modify/maintain complex existing applications
  • Build new user-facing features and reusable codes and libraries for future use
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of all UI/UX designs
  • Validate all user input before submitting to the back-end services
  • Modify the designs and specifications of complex applications
  • Analyze code, requirements, system risks, and software reliability
  • Contribute significantly to translating the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application
  • Work closely with cross-functionally teams, including the design team, product management, and development teams, to create elegant, usable, responsive, and interactive interfaces across multiple devices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in web technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Solid full-stack web development experience
  • Expert knowledge of JavaScript with a strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals such as prototype inheritance & composition
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in using current trends and best practices in front-end architecture
  • Familiarity with software performance optimization, accessibility, and usability
  • Experience with a responsive design for desktop/mobile
  • Extensive HTML/CSS/AJAX/JavaScript coding experience
  • Experience with other JavaScript libraries like Angular, React, Electron, and other frameworks
  • Portfolio on GitHub or other platforms
  • Interest in learning new tools and technologies
  • Experience working in a lean/agile development environment with remote teams
  • Unit/integration testing experience
  • Great interpersonal skills and intercultural communication abilities
  • Fluency in English language
