Job description

A fast-paced company that helps to automate finances in an apt manner with its product integration tool is looking for a Data Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing standards and strategies for usage in the data warehouse environment. The company’s clients have automated their tedious manual procedures, freeing up their finance and accounting team members to concentrate on important initiatives and objectives. This will be a long-term, full-time role that requires some overlap with the IST time zone.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Using new technologies and techniques, create a database and a data pipeline/ETL
  • Motivate the team to create analytic solutions that are operationally efficient
  • Define standards and techniques for the data warehouse environment
  • Design and design highly scalable data pipelines utilizing cutting-edge tools and technologies
  • Convert complicated business needs into scalable technological solutions that adhere to data warehouse architecture guidelines

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Proficiency in data engineering
  • Expertise in machine learning
  • Experience in Python is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
