Job description

Job responsibilities

  • Design and deliver interfaces, database schemas, and APIs
  • Write clean, testable, maintainable, and reusable code to keep up with the changing requirements
  • Develop back-end components and write server-side logic

  • Work with both internal and external API integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products
  • Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews to deliver error-free solutions
  • Optimize applications for best performance, speed, scalability and efficiency
  • Manage and maintain the architectural and other technical documentation for future reference

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of experience in full-stack Typescript/PHP development (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Expertise in Typescript and PHP programming languages

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CakePHP, etc.
  • Proficient in complex and large-scale mobile-first web applications
  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Excellent knowledge of full-stack development, including REST APIs, UI design, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, etc.
  • Strong grasp on English language for effective communication
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

  • Proficiency in using version control tools like Git
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Bourbon, etc.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins
