Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is offering end-to-end turnkey solutions to help customers invest in rental properties and earn passive income, is looking for a Website Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up automation and workflows inside the Zoho software. The US-based real estate company is providing property management, acquisition, rental, and investment management services. This position requires a significant overlap with the PST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Determine and deploy the most effective existing tools to meet business requirements
  • If third-party tools aren't enough, create unique software solutions
  • Utilize third-party APIs to feed data in and out of Zoho CRM
  • Write, test, and debug Python scripts
  • To fix existing software defects, collaborate with internal team members and third-party software support
  • Manage and help rebuild the company's current website using WordPress and custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Using WordPress and/or Webflow, create new websites for all of the companies with which we work
  • Automate processes using Python and Selenium

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a website developer
  • Prolific experience working with Python, Selenium, HTML, CSS, and WordPress
  • Ability to wear many hats with a wide breadth of technical ability
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages like Python
  • Ability to build dynamic data-driven websites
  • Prolific experience working with Zoho's suite of software and their CRM
  • Extensive experience managing databases
  • Demonstrable experience in software development or related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
