Job description

A rapidly-growing company that is building a first-of-its-kind, under collateralized bond protocol for DAOs, is looking for a Solidity Engineer. The selected candidate will be leading the smart contracts team and will be building the protocol and creating new technical DeFi primitives. The company is revolutionizing the way DAOs attain financing by allowing them to sell debt as opposed to their governance token. This is a great opportunity for developers to quickly rise through the ranks and work with some innovative technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

Produce high quality, performant, and well-tested Solidity code
Contribute to the design and ideation of products
Architect smart contract infrastructure
Achieve comprehensive unit and integration test coverage
Write effective specs and review PRs

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
2+ years experience in Solidity development
Familiar with Test Driven Development process in Solidity
Strong passion for the DeFi space
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
A high degree of focus on security and comprehensive testing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
