Job description

The engineer will be expected to learn and master new technologies and techniques and share this knowledge with the team. The NASDAQ-listed company is manufacturing world-class e-vehicles that are set to revolutionize the transportation industry. So far, the company has managed to secure more than $10.5bn in funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams
  • Utilizing SharePoint Framework (SPFx), assume command of the development of modern solutions (NPM, TypeScript, Yeoman, webpack, gulp, etc)
  • Support SharePoint modern site development with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Flow, and Modern web parts
  • Create, manage, and support model-driven apps, business process flows, and power automation flows in accordance with business needs
  • Oversee and manage the development of the SharePoint site, Guest users, internal & external invitations, and access control
  • Develop new web components using .NET, C#, CSOM, and Azure Function
  • Create new department templates and pages, newsletters, banners, and videos that are accessible from any device
  • Work together with various functional teams to put models into practice and keep an eye on results
  • Work with all the organization's stakeholders to find opportunities to use company data to power business solutions
  • Lead problem-solving in already-existing SharePoint sites and across client interactions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Demonstrable skills with high-level coding and modern SharePoint development
  • Prolific experience with Python, JavaScript, and UI/UX
  • Prior experience with ticket cues (Service Now, JIRA)
  • Nice to have some familiarity with software development practices including Agile workflows, version control with Git, and unit testing 
  • Prior experience with the Microsft ecosystem including SharePoint, Power App, Power BI, React.js, and TypeScript is desirable
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automation, Azure Administration, Group Management, and External share is preferred
  • Nice to have some experience with Material UI while creating interactive applications
  • Experience finding solutions to complex challenges and reviewing business cases to identify automation needs is preferred 
  • Familiarity with Azure and AWS Cloud is desirable
  • Passion for electric vehicles, vehicle charging, energy storage, commercial fleet operations, renewable energy, and energy markets is nice to have
  • Prior exposure to some modern digital workplace solution development while using a variety of Application development approaches
  • Excellent problem-solving, data visualization, and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
