Job description

The engineer will be making sure that every 3D object is delivered on schedule and up to the necessary quality standards. To better the state of the world, the company is promoting communication and collaboration between industry, the government, and civil society. Job Responsibilities:

Work together closely with Technical Artists, Designers, and Developers and report to the Lead Artist/Art Director
To ensure that projects are completed on schedule, collaborate with project managers
To utilize in AR and VR settings, create top-notch 3D models, textures, and materials
By producing photorealistic and visually striking assets, you can aid in the aesthetic development of projects
Together with technical artists and engineers, make sure that the assets are performance-optimized and smoothly integrate into the virtual world
Keep yourself informed about the newest developments in 3D art, particularly as they relate to AR and VR

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Computer Graphics, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
3+ years of experience working as a 3D artist professionally, ideally in the video game, film, or AR/VR industries
Excellent portfolio featuring top-notch 3D renders, textures, and models
Demonstrable experience working with Unity 3D and 3D Graphics
Proficiency with texturing programs like Substance Painter and Adobe Photoshop and 3D modeling programs like Maya, 3Ds Max, and Blender
In-depth knowledge of asset optimization and procedures for AR/VR development
Strong knowledge of rendering, shading, and lighting approaches
Outstanding visual awareness and a keen sense of style
Proficiency in communication and the capacity to function effectively in a group setting
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
