Job description

A U.S.-based healthcare company that offers patients top-notch mental and chemical dependency services is looking for a Software Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for recording the solutions and giving weekly updates on the results. The company is building and managing a network of behavioral health solutions. This position requires 6-8+ hours of overlap with the CST time zone and will be a long-term commitment. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Give a thorough explanation of how Sharepoint is implemented
  • Determine the difficulties that end users and Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts have reported
  • Create, implement, and configure remedies to deal with the detected incidents
  • Determine the remedies that ought to be included in the Run book
  • Consider the potential for incident prevention

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer/SharePoint Support Analyst
  • Prolific experience working with PoweApps
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication
