Job description

A U.S.-based company developing a revolutionary software platform that democratizes the energy sector is looking for a Development Lead. The selected candidate will be tasked with producing impactful and profitable results while working autonomously. The company is empowering businesses to engage with clean energy grids by tapping into the power of advanced technologies. The company has managed to raise more than $3.4 mn in funding so far. This position requires a significant overlap with the CST time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development activities and provide info and assistance to leadership
  • Incorporate dev methodology (agile) into the scheduled release cycle for changes to the platform
  • Ability to organize things in a better way
  • Participate in the team’s brainstorming sessions and on-call rotations 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
  • Solid understanding of mobile testing frameworks and tools
  • Working experience solving Agile software development issues 
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
