Job description

A U.S.-based company that is offering growing businesses the data, resources, and opportunities they need to reach their maximum revenue potential, is looking for a Senior Data Engineer. The engineer will be working with a team of expert data technologists to optimize the Data Pipeline Architecture. The venture-backed online advertising analytics platform is combining many cutting-edge technologies to help businesses expand and meet their full potential. The company has managed to secure $1.2mn+ during their Pre-Seed round of funding.

Job Responsibilities:

Help with the Server Side Tracking by improving the quality and extending the life of the customer data you collect by extending cookies from expiring in 24 hours up to two years
Combine data warehouse and graph databases into a superior analytics solution to project where client's sales come from
Automate the process of UTM tagging for superior attribution and enrichment of the customer data received with their proprietary identity graph
Conduct AI/ML Incrementality Testing and measure the indirect outcomes from direct marketing efforts
Work on premium 3rd Party Data and create audiences that enable the targeting of competitors' customers

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a data engineer
Prolific experience with DBT, BigQuery, and Metabase
Extensive experience with Snowplow Analytics, Kafka, and Neo4J
Prior experience with online advertising and marketing attribution cases
Working knowledge and experience in online advertising data
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
