Job responsibilities

  • Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic
  • Communicate closely with stakeholders, project managers, QA teams, and other developers to discuss project requirements and plan long-term product roadmap
  • Write high-quality code, review existing code, and raise the bar for the team
  • Maintain data interchange between server and the users

  • Identify bottlenecks and fix bugs as and when required
  • Perform code reviews and run unit tests to ensure better code quality, organization, and automation

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of experience in back-end development with Ruby (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Sound knowledge of Ruby programming language, its libraries and tools such as RSpec and Resque
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming, operating system concepts, databases, and system architecture
  • Experience with REST API design and services development
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into single system
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful APIs
  • Fluency in English language for effective communication
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Role Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled C/C++ engineers to work with system-level libraries and tools such as OpenSSL, FFmpeg, glibc, libssh2, zlib, systemd, tcpdump and support infrastructure for AI-driven software engineering systems.
