Job description

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product development teams to plan new features in the mobile products
  • Assist the app developers throughout the SDLC in concept, design, test, release, and support
  • Contribute to the research and suggest new products, protocols, and applications

  • Write clean and efficient code to develop functional and high-quality mobile applications
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs in existing applications to optimize performance and scalability
  • Make sure all the existing, as well as the new applications, follow the quality standards
  • Assist in developing application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality
  • Keep abreast with the terminology, concepts, and best practices for mobile app development
  • Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to innovate app functionality and design continuously

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in working as a mobile developer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Profound knowledge of programming languages, including Swift, Java, Objective-C, C#, etc.

  • Expertise in Flutter and Dart
  • Solid understanding of OOP design principles
  • Extensive working experience with various APIs and third-party libraries
  • Must have a portfolio of released apps on Android Playstore and/or iOS App store
  • Fluent in English to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

  • Knowledge of React and My SQL
  • Experience in both Android and iOS development is a plus
  • Excellent analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
