Python Developer

A U.S.-based early-stage startup that is building an AI-powered Software as a Service (SaaS) application is looking for a Python Developer. The candidate will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of the platform’s back-end while offering leadership to the team. The company is revolutionizing the Generative AI market providing new possibilities for different industries at a scale and speed that would be challenging for humans alone. This full-time position requires at least 5-6 hours of overlap with the PST time zone. Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design and implement robust back-end solutions for the company’s AI SaaS app
• Write efficient, clean, and maintainable code using Python
• Optimize the application’s performance and scalability to meet growing user demands
• Work closely with other teams to integrate front-end elements with server-side logic
• Identify and resolve issues to guarantee a smooth user experience
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the application's features and functionality
• Keep yourself updated with the most current industry trends and the best practices in back-end development

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Python developer
• Proficiency in Python with a strong understanding of its principles and best practices
• Proven track record developing back-end solutions for web applications
• It's nice to have experience working with AI-related projects or technologies
• Familiarity with other programming languages and frameworks is desirable
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with the team
