Job description

An early-stage, venture-funded startup that is reimagining how creative project work is done is looking for a Python Back-End Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing end-to-end web architectures. The company is building a new software product from the ground up for their SaaS platform and Web3 community. This will be a full-time position requiring some overlap with the PST/CST/EST time zones. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work within the team to ship projects timely and meet deadlines
  • Boost the performance and responsiveness of the web applications 
  • Comprehend the workflow and formulate plans to achieve targets
  • Build and deliver robust, scalable solutions to various software processes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineer
  • Extensive experience in Python, Postgres, and Docker
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking ability
  • Proficient in verbal and written English 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
