Job description

A U.S.-based company that is developing an innovative platform where athletes can showcase the entirety of their accomplishments along with analytics and measurements, is looking for a Lead Front-End Engineer. The engineer will be in charge of driving the success of the organization’s projects by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The company has created a cutting-edge social networking tool for athletes, coaches, and sports organizations. This is an amazing opportunity for engineers who are eager to tackle complex problems that will test their skills. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the team's ideas, updates, and product development 
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of new features for the web apps
  • Lead a group of front-end developers, and guarantee the best possible quality and user experience
  • Convert business needs into technological specifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
  • Extensive experience working with React, TypeScript, and other front-end development tools
  • Some understanding of Node.js and Next.js is nice to have
  • Great English communication skills, both spoken and written
