Lead Developer

A fast-growing company that is on a mission to provide some high-quality legal support services is looking for a Lead Developer. The developer will be in charge of overseeing the whole development team while helping with the back and front-end when needed. By automating certain process-serving experiences, such as making a request for service, getting status updates, and getting an affidavit of service, the U.S.-based company hopes to modernize the process service sector. This position requires significant overlap with the IST time zone. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Vague plan in existence that may now alter and, therefore offer pertinent feedback for the upcoming roadmap which must coincide with ongoing developments.
• Help the existing team to push through productions and ensure that roadmaps are executed successfully
• Stay up to date with emerging technology and incorporate them into the creation and design of new products
• Engage with the client and be involved in technical conversations with them

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Lead Developer
• Prolific experience working with React, Node.js, and Python
• Great team management and organizational skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English communication
