Job description

A rapidly-growing company on a mission to redefine the hospitality industry by bringing customers exceptional services worldwide is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The selected candidate will be expected to own and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards in partnership with the BI team. The company works with world-class architects and designers to provide better stay experiences and services by merging modern design and exceptional comfort. During their Series E round, the company managed to secure more than $500 mn in funding. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Measure, track, and analyze occupancy and operations efficiency of the firm
  • Formulate success metrics to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's systems and processes
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to create datasets, do a thorough analysis, and turn data into meaningful insights
  • Present insights to business partners and executive leadership
  • Work closely with other data associates like Data PMs, BI, and Data Engineers to elevate the data ecosystem 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 7+ years of experience in a senior analytics role or related position
  • 2+ years experience working in a contact center environment or with contact center data
  • Extensive SQL aptitude with the ability to write scalable, sustainable queries
  • Excellent command of Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Experience with statistical and analytical methodologies (e.g., A|B testing, regression analysis, causal inference)
  • Exceptional attention to detail combined with a strong drive to learn new things
  • Prior experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages is nice to have
  • Experience with data modeling, data pipelining, and tools like dbt is desirable
  • Nice to have some experience building reports in Salesforce
  • Ability to extract meaningful information from vast, complicated datasets and provide simple suggestions for non-technical audiences
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
