Ruby on Rails Developer

A US-based mortgage closing platform that delivers a seamless closing experience to borrowers is looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer. The selected candidate will be in charge of defining the architecture of modern tools and runtime for operating code. Through integration and automation, the organization assists real estate participants in completing tasks jointly. The company has managed to secure funding worth $250mn+ during their Series D round. This will be a long-term role that requires some overlap with the PST time zone. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Build innovative features for both internal and external-facing tasks
• Build a brand new e-vault product, in an isolated code base
• Work efficiently and effectively across the codebase
• Write clean, scalable code using Ruby on Rails
• Use a holistic, test-oriented approach to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade the application
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to produce software design and architecture 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 4-6+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer
• Should have expertise in Typescript and React
• Must be proficient in Ruby On Rails
• Should have an interest in Go
• Must be fluent in English
