Job description

A fast-growing company committed to helping people build professional profiles for unlocking previously unavailable opportunities is looking for an iOS Developer. The developer will be part of the founding engineering team and will directly contribute to defining some of the most important aspects of the business. The company harnesses the power of people that support them to tell their stories and incentivizes them to help others with the potential to succeed. This will be a full-time role requiring some overlap with the EST/PST time zones.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop the iOS experience from the ground up
  • Contribute meaningfully to product decisions, software architecture, tools, and practices
  • Build rapid prototypes and explore other possibilities
  • Use rapid prototyping to examine new interface concepts, tools, techniques, and technologies
  • Learn, teach, and grow continuously
  • Investigate new technologies and share your knowledge
  • Participate in design and implementation within the tech stack 
  • Become a founding team member and help set culture in the organization

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant mobile (iOS) engineering experience 
  • Prolific skills with iOS technologies and related frameworks
  • Working knowledge of iOS back-end services
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills 
  • Effortlessly collaborate with team members and product managers
  • Ability to make good product decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
