A U.S.-based startup, dedicated to developing cutting-edge tools in the realm of coding assistance and automation, is looking for a Full-Stack Tech Lead. The company's mission is to revolutionize the way developers interact with code, making their work more intuitive and efficient. Inspired by tools like Copilot, their latest project aims to push the boundaries of automated coding solutions.


Role Overview:


We are looking for a seasoned Full-Stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our product, driving both front-end and back-end development with a focus on creating a seamless, efficient, and user-friendly experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Review team members' code and compare it with best coding practices
  • Ensure accurate planning and effort estimation of tasks
  • Review team members' LLM prompts and provide feedback
  • Communicate with researchers and generate performance reports for the team

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 
  • Minimum 5 years of full-stack development experience
  • Expertise in back-end development with Python and TypeScript
    Technical leadership experience
  • Ability to debug code and write comprehensive documentation 
  • Demonstrated contributions to large GitHub repositories (exceeding 50,000 lines of code)
  • Experience in working with at least one additional front-end or back-end language/framework (such as C++, Node.js, Swift, Java, etc.).
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering, demonstrating an understanding of the latest advancements in AI and its applications in software development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proficiency in English
  • A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologie
