Front-End Software Engineer

An NYSE-listed company that helps organizations make better decisions by providing real-time data access from anywhere and everywhere, is looking for a Front-End Software Engineer. The developer will be tasked with examining the code of other engineers and making changes if needed. The company's multichannel data analytics platform provides enterprise-level security and control to businesses. They have managed to secure around $1bn in funding so far. This position requires a significant overlap with the PT time zone. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of the clients' workflow
• Build customer-facing products by prioritizing the features and data that customers will see on the goods
• Help launch new versions of the web app by writing code with React-Redux
• Collaborate with customers to better understand their demands and improve the platform to meet them
• Work with back-end engineers to gain a better understanding of the information architecture and assist in the development of APIs for responsive UIs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
• Experience working with REST APIs/React-Redux previously
• Experience working closely with customers previously and have developed models to get feedback from customers
• Experience with hosting service providers like Amazon Web Services, Google Compute Platform, and Microsoft Azure
• Prolific experience with Kubernetes
• Experience working with a team of designers/engineers who reviewed each other's code/designs
• Experience writing unit tests and testable code, as well as participation in the build and release procedures
• Own the quality of the code when it is running in production
