Job description

A US-based company that is helping clinicians to keep track of their staffing support needs is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The developer will be responsible for producing a clean, performant, forward-thinking, responsive and scalable front-end. The company is determined to help both clinicians and facilities to bridge the staffing gap by utilizing the range of services provided by the platform. The company has managed to raise more than $620K in funding so far. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Using a high level of automation, code coverage, and monitoring, successfully push code to production
  • Mentor junior engineers and walk them through best practices in software development
  • In a continuous integration environment, ensure high-quality code by using code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests
  • To debug and improve the application, take a holistic, test-oriented approach
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and the capacity to take charge of technical projects and processes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
  • Must have experience in React
  • Ability to solve complex challenges and arrive at solutions
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
  • Ability to work collaboratively while juggling multiple responsibilities
