Job description

The engineer will be in charge of ensuring that the customer and business mobile application has high-quality functionality. The company is developing a secure, powerful, and cutting-edge payment platform that will enable users to live a better life. Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, keep up with, and enhance the application in charge of authentication, user profiles, wallets, processing payments, sending/receiving transactions, etc.
  • Keep both new and old code's code coverage at 80% or above
  • Mentor younger team members and solve difficult technical issues
  • Carry out PR reviews with strict code quality
  • Get familiar with the customer's and the mobile application's code base
  • Create a team execution strategy with product managers for the remainder of the year

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5-7+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
  • 5-7+ years of experience working as a software engineer at either FAANG, Unicorns, or Series A/B funded startups 
  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience leading engineering teams
  • Demonstrable experience in creating, developing, and expanding fintech wallets, loyalty programs, cryptocurrencies, and BNPL consumer products
  • Prior experience working with React Native and JavaScript on both iOS and Android
  • Experience working with multinational teams on projects with product, design, and marketing teams
  • Strong desire to prosper and contribute to an ownership-driven culture
  • Passion for problem-solving and making value-based decisions
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
