Job description

A U.S.-based company that is working to provide a completely customizable AML platform that effortlessly unifies all the data into a single view and process, is looking for a Front-End Engineer. The engineer will be utilizing multiple configuration management tools in order to design and create a processing platform. The company is designing cloud-only solutions and utilizing cutting-edge technology to deliver the next wave of anti-money laundering solutions. This is an amazing opportunity for an agile engineer who wants to work with a fast-moving startup while creating safe, highly effective cloud applications.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build test automation suites and analyze, create, and develop tests
  • In an agile context, test the software development process
  • Maintain, support, and improve current systems and platforms on an ongoing basis
  • To arrive at elegant solutions, work cross-functionally with data scientists, business users, project managers, and other engineers
  • Make suggestions for ongoing development
  • Collaborate with the team's other engineers to advance technology and regularly implement best practices

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end engineer
  • Working knowledge of C#, PostgreSQL, Azure Search, Azure Functions, Kubernetes, and Docker
  • Build and deploy infrastructure with a strong DevOps focus using cloud deployment tools like Azure Pipelines, Helm, Docker, and SonarCloud
  • extensive knowledge of automated testing and test-driven development frameworks
  • thorough understanding of the Agile and Scrum development processes
  • Ability to handle several conflicting priorities with little guidance
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with REST, Entity Framework, React.js, MSTest, and Karma
  • Prior experience developing large-scale, distributed, enterprise SaaS systems is required 
  • Excellent communication abilities in both written and spoken English
