Job description

A fast-emerging, full-scale marketing company helping to elevate brands to achieve their full potential and maximum growth, is looking for a Front-End Developer. As a member of the team, you will implement interactive front-end functionality in the front-end applications. The company focuses on a creative and analytical approach to crafting marketing strategies while leveraging the power of innovative technology to grow businesses. Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement state management for user inputs
  • Be responsible for the Form input handling, e.g., form validation
  • Handle the submissions to API, response, and error/exception handling
  • Take charge of the page navigation/routing and route protection
  • Implement user interface design from provided mockups/wireframes
  • Build reusable, performant React components
  • Develop CSS-in-JS component styling
  • Participate in code reviews with the team and other peer engineers 
  • Refactor front-end code for performance, maintainability, and best practices
  • Write unit tests for new features; improve test coverage by writing tests for old features
  • Provide regular status updates on development progress; participate in daily internal standups
  • Break down documented feature requests into specific tasks, provide story point estimates
  • Propose technical feature implementations, e.g., evaluate trade-offs (development time, bundle size, etc.)
  • Analyze and decide on using third-party libraries or writing components

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a front-end developer
  • Expertise in Typescript, React, and Redux
  • Core competency in Git fundamentals (GitHub) - branches, pull requests and merging conflicts
  • Proficient in user interface development
  • Familiarity with mockups and/or wireframes 
  • Ability to implement basic, visually pleasing design for small features
  • Skilled at implementing enhancements/tweaks for which mockups were not provided
  • Previous experience with feature implementation in the required tech stack
  • Nice to have some experience with Material-UI
