Job description

A VC-backed fintech startup building end-to-end digital payment products/gateways is looking for a Front-end Developer. The developer will be responsible for building and developing the company’s future products, work with a wide range of systems & technologies to solve end-to-end problems, and more. The company provides payment experiences and products for the financial sector and is currently working with the largest bank in Colombia. Candidates who would like to join a fast-scaling team to make an impact within the fintech space are well suited for this role. It is a full-time position that requires a time overlap with EST.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop company’s future products
  • Collaborate with other team members to create innovative solutions
  • Interact with clients’ technical leadership, understand the requirements & execute them
  • Work with a wide range of systems & technologies to solve end-to-end problems

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science(or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5+ years of front-end development experience
  • Proficiency in Vue.js and React.js
  • Experience with JavaScript
  • Experience with complex code bases, systems & source code control systems like Git
  • Experience in building and supporting mission-critical user-facing systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
