Job description

A U.S.-based company that is providing state-of-the-art financial products and services that are customized to meet the customer’s unique needs, is looking for a Data Analyst. The selected candidate will be helping the management identify new opportunities and develop onboarding tactics to unlock the next major wave of client growth and financial impacts. The company helps clients to improve their banking skills while enabling them to save money wisely, invest their spare change, and receive additional investments. During their Series F round, the company has managed to securely raise $502mn+ in funding. This position requires 6+ hours of overlap with the PT time zone. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Get to know the other members of your analytics team as well as the vital collaborators you'll be working with
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the business strategy, products, and analytical outlook of the corporation
  • Ensure that the organization's data stack and the way data flows through are thoroughly practiced
  • Own onboarding of key KPIs and analysis of metrics movement
  • Help in directing the flow of pertinent communications with management and stakeholders
  • Create reports, share them at team meetings, and process criticism
  • Provide department heads or important stakeholders with weekly funnel insights and specific business trends
  • Maintain the company's data assets, including reports, dashboards, and alerts, and, with direction, streamline the workflow
  • Ad hoc and urgent analyses should be carried out in collaboration with internal groups
  • Encourage a user-centric growth mentality, link data to the business/tech world through effective written and vocal communication, and use organized data visualizations

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst
  • Demonstrable experience working with Tableau or similar data analytics and data visualization tools 
  • Nice to have an in-depth understanding of SQL
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
