Job responsibilities

  • Meet clients and relevant stakeholders to discuss hardware and software requirements
  • Develop bespoke solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Provide technical guidance during the design, build, test, and deploy phases of the SDLC
  • Build strategies to deliver an exceptional user experience to the customers
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a solutions engineer (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
  • Experience with IT and cloud infrastructure development
  • Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, etc.
  • Experience with tools such as CRM, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Experience working with APIs, SSO, MDM, and web service protocols
  • Strong knowledge of corporate hardware and software systems
  • Ability to develop large-scale enterprise software solutions.
  • Ability to express ideas in a clear, easy-to-understand manner
  • Fluency in English to collaborate with engineering managers
  • Work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones

Preferred skills

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Experience with JSON, XML, .NET, database modeling & design
  • Experience with ML domains, GCP and AWS technologies

About the role:

About the Role
